Refund Policies

You understand that the Posthorn services will commence as soon as The Posthorn receives and processes your initial payment. The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).You may return an item at your cost for a refund or exchange. The Goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above.

Breakages

Breakages must be reported on day of delivery, we recommend that parcels are opened at time of delivery and signed for as damaged as well as if goods not received within 7 days please contact us on 01556 502531.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item broken or faulty we will replace it Free of Charge.
